Get your feedback and support page to work in other browsers
Seems that this page only works in Chrome; that's just as irritating as when everybody made websites that only worked in IE6.
The real suggestion was for self-updating but it seems you're onto that already

Hi, our feedback page does work across multiple browsers, you can also always email us images and more detail if needed, directly.
