When creating/editing an index, it used to be possible to sort the fields of a compound index by moving them up and down. With recent versions of the program, this feature has disappeared. You have to manually remove the fields and add them in the right order, which is inconvenient!
It is also much more convenient when, by default, the index editing window opens, and not the view window.
