Copy collection WITH indexes
When copy/pasting one or more collections, copy the indexes as well. Right now, only the data is copied, not the indexes.
At least, provide an option for it please!

Oh, indeed, that's a bit ambiguous. It is supposed to be read as "MongoChef for (MongoDB 3.2)" :-) Thanks for pointing this out. We'll make this clearer on our home page.
