IntelliShell seems to "forget" about the JSON: Simple Format setting each time the query is re-run. You must change from/to JSON: Simple Format each time.

This will be part of our upcoming MongoChef 1.11.3 release.
You'll be able to choose between
- Mongo shell format
- Simple JSON format (essentially no NumberInt()/NumberLong())
- mongoexport format
