BUG: Open collection view is double menu item in right mouseclick in database/collection list
The "Open collection view" is double in the right click menu on the database/collection list.

I see what you mean. It is admittedly maybe not the best wording, but they actually do have 2 different functions:
"Open CollectionView": will open the collection view
"Open Collection View..." will first ask you to enter the initial number of documents to load, then opens the collection view. This is useful when you have a collection with particularly large documents and you want to therefore override the default initial number of docs.What wording for the second option would you prefer/suggest?
